As the founder of iWebDesign360, Felesia specializes in AI consulting, automation, and web design, helping businesses embrace AI to improve efficiency. She has built e-commerce websites, corporate platforms, and AI-enhanced digital experiences that drive results. Notably, she led the redesign of LockHaven University’s marketing website, saving the university $1.9 million in its first year post-launch. At Sherwin Williams, she led the redesign of the "Color Confidence" feature, which helped customers confidently select and purchase paint online during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Optum, she leads a team of designers focused on improving healthcare experiences, guiding them in creating intuitive and impactful digital solutions.
 

Felesia is also an educator and mentor, dedicated to making UX design and AI more accessible. She taught UX design at Kent State University for nine years .
